Athlete - Sophia Rizzuto

Sophia is a nationally ranked Powerlifter from New York. She started Powerlifting at 18 and has spent the last 6 years competing at various levels, including Junior Worlds and multiple National platforms since she began. Sophia placed 5th at Nationals in the Open category in 2019, and remains in top 10 overall. Her goal is to eventually win her class at Nationals.
