I had been looking for a new line of workout wear and needed some compression shorts specifically for running. The fit was excellent, they stayed in place and I love that they actually have a tie waist so I can cinch them in place. The one issue I faced was the hole where the waist tie exits the shorts. There was a screen printed grommet around the hole to give it more strength I assume. After one run, both screen printed grommets fell off. Now please note the holes are finished and there is similar printed grommet on the inside of the hole that has remained in place. I took pictures and contact customer service who immediately sent out a replacement pair with no cost or hassle to me! Now the same thing has happened with the replacement pair after a few wears this time. Again, I am not that upset as it does not affect the performance of the piece in any way. All the other logo screen print seems to be staying in place. I also appreciate that customer service tired to rectify the issue. I do think it’s a design flaw and it may have to be re-visited by the manufacturer. Also, as you see, the product colour is not the orange advertised but a deeper red. Not a huge deal for me but I can imagine others getting upset. All in all, minor issues with an otherwise great athletic product.
